Ensuring that as climate change, resource depletion, and government responses impact upon society, those of us with limited financial resources, or limited control over our properties, have equal access to knowledge, technology and government incentives, which improve energy efficiency and enhance residential environmental quality and reduce greenhouse emissions
As such we can all, reduce our costs of living, improve our quality of life, and equally participate in the reduction of global emissions.
